I am happy to report that I have been aquitted of both charges made against me at the time of my arrest. As I've asserted all along, I was only exercising my 1st amendment rights, and had done nothing illegal.

I've recieved no apology from the Kansas City Police Department as of yet. . . I'm still waiting.

Americans MUST have the right to protest legally. It is not a gift given to us, but a RIGHT that more Americans should assert regularly, for a democracy cannot last if this right is surrendered.
