i speak for other people here in portland, when i say how thrilled i am to see a feature about 9.11 investigation at the top of the front page of the features section! |
portland indymedia has long been almost alone in the IMC network in giving attention to the vital issue of 9.11 and what really happened that day. Hamilton, in Canada, and Norway, have broached the topic, but not fully pursued it. portland indymedia, in fact, has an entire topic page dedicated to the issue:

it's great to see KC Indymedia on board now too. BIG PROPS to the activists out there in the cold midwestern winter with their signs, and YAY for KC Indymedia for featuring the story! |

We need to get this issue on the front page of EVERY IndyMedia Site. People need to be writing their papers, radio stations, tv stations, and local talk-show hosts, as well, in order to get this issue out of the shadows, where the administration has kept it for TOO LONG! Kansas City is hosting our first "VISIBILITY ACTION" on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 28TH. We will meet at the Fountain at 47th & Main at 1:00, and fan out from there to cover as many intersections as possible with signs that say, "STOP BUSH 9-11 COVERUP." We'll bring the signs. We NEED everyone to be there. The weather promises to be decent, so PLEASE COME ON OUT AND STAND UP FOR TRUTH! Seattle will hold their ACTION on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 29th.
We've already heard from the 9-11 Families thanking us for our efforts to support them, and we are grateful to them for two years of relentless effort on their part.
