The 107th annual Missouri Lincoln Days celebration is taking place this weekend in KC at the Downtown Marriott |
Kit Bond leading a tribute to Jim Talent on Friday? Dinner with Bill Frist on Saturday? Its all happening this weekend at the Downtown KC Marriott at 200 W 12th Street.
The title of the event, Missouri Lincoln Days, is a reference to the early days of the GOP, when the party was actually opposed to slavery.
This appears like a ripe opportunity for protest or direct action against the party most willing to promote illegal war against the poor and innocent. These Senators are among the most willing to keep in lock step with the Administration that is controlled by the Project for the New American Century (www.newamericancentury.org) It is indeed, true, that you can't spell goosestep, without GOP. |
