Phill Kline Mocks Law, Order And Justice By Speaking At Fund-Raiser For Dial-A-Narc |
The event, to be held on May 5th at the Holidome on Fairlawn street in Topeka, will be the 23rd annual banquet. An hour of elbow-rubbing and bribe-arranging will take place at 6 PM, and dinner will be served at 7 PM. The cost to attend the banquet is $50 per ticket, or a table of 8 can eat for $350 dollars.
Crime Stoppers Inc was organized in 1980. It offers rewards of up to $2,000 dollars for information leading to the arrest and conviction of criminals. The success of the program has never been proven.
Phill Kline, who admits freely that he hates Gay people, and feels that Gay people should be defined as second-class citizens and treated with discrimination and inequality, will get up and babble about something at some point during the dinner.
Kline recently glorified his God by celebrating the 17-year sentence of Matthew Limon, an 18 year old mentally challenged youth who was caught engaging in a CONSENTING sex act with a 15 year old mentally challenged youth. Had either of the youths been of the other gender, then probation would have been proscribed by the judges, if any charges where ever brought at all.
Instead, Limon was sentenced to 17 years in prison for engaging in a consentual sex act with someone of his own gender. Phill Kline jumped for joy as if to exclaim "God almighty! I hope you see me down here rounding up the faggots and sending them off to concentration camps! AMEN!"
Phill Kline thinks he is getting tough on crime.
Crime Stoppers should receive many phone calls from tippers at 234-0007 reporting Kline's hate-crimes and dereliction of duty as well as moral turpitude.
It is unknown how much Kline will pocket for his appearance at the banquet. It is also not know how much money Crime Stoppers has actually paid out to tippers, or how many crimes have actually been solved, much less prosecuted. |
