Join us at J.C. Nichols Fountain at Mill Creek Park by the Country Club PLaza at 47th and Main for a pro-war/pro administration (forgive the redundancy!) rally from 4 to 6 |
On Thursday, April 1, from 4 to 6 PM, there will be a pro-war/pro-administration rally in honor of April Fool's Day. Designed as a followup rally to last Halloween, activists will attend this 'Bazaaro' peace demonstration with signs such as:
Make War; Not Sense
Practice Random Acts of Violence
Visualize World Domination
Bush '04 - We Still Have Some Soldiers Left
If We Stop Killing Now, Then the Terrorists Have Already Won
Support Your Local Police State
This will be held at the J.C. Nichols Fountain at 47th & Main. We will have some extra signs to share, but it would be great if you brought your own. Also bring your imagination and sense of humor and lets have fun with this. |

All in All, there were 24 activists yesterday. In addition to the signs mentioned alrady, there were:
Compassionate Conservative Christians for War
Don't Make Bush Testify, He Doesn't Know Anything
WWJD? Kill1 Kill!
Kill Arabs, Liberate Oil
Screw the Troops! Support Halliburton!
Why should they have healthcare, they're going to die anyway
There were two clowns (literally) collecting for the Bush Cheney Campaign. Someone put up an April Fool's sign, which saved us those awkward moments before people got the joke. Thanks to everyone that made it such a fun afternoon |
