Jackson County Prosecutor Mike Sanders wants to greatly expand drug court, create a white-collar crime team and put more staff and effort into fighting domestic violence, he said Tuesday.
Speaking to The Kansas City Star editorial board, Sanders listed those among his priorities for his new term in office that begins in January. |

Greatly expand drug court? Is there any way to make it bigger? Waste of resources. |

I understand why you would say that, but this is referring to kansas city's drug diversion court that seeks to keep people out of jail, rather than to just lock them up and forget about them. |
