At the University of Texas School of Law, guest lecturer FBI Supervisory Senior Resident Agent G. Charles Rasner, listed the Indymedia and Food Not Bombs networks as being included in the FBI’s “Terrorist Watch List”(IndyConference 2005 was specifically mentioned).

The talk, titled “Counter Terrorism in Texas”, was held on Wednesday March 8th with the goal of illustrating terrorist threats in central Texas.

The groups listed fell under three major categories: White Supremacist Groups, Islamic Terrorist Groups and Anarchists. FNB and the Indymedia networks fell under “Anarchist”.

Rasner went on to explain the groups are routinely monitored and infiltrated by the FBI.

A copy of the talk and Power Point presentation with the words “Unclassified” in bold red text was requested through the FOIA and the document will be displayed through the Indymedia network when received.
