Over 400 citizens attended yesterday's protest/vigil in Kansas City.
All in all, everyone seemed to enjoy being outdoors (with like minded people) on this beautiful day. There were several speakers and a few musical bands which added to the interest. As you can see, the crowd was very diverse. As was expected, A few troublemakers showed up (though I have no interest in sharing photos of that particular activity.)

Wow, a protest with normal people not a bunch of hipster assholes!
If you don't get out of the city very often sometimes it starts to feel like the entire world is filled with pretentious assholes then you realize, oh wait, only manhattan is filled with them (ok there are some in gentrified parts of brooklyn too but what can ya do...) |
