Activists and members of the UMKC chapter of the National Lawyers Guild have come together to form a legal defence fund titled, "The KC Solidarity Fund." Currently, we have limited funds, however we are attempting to defend those who were ticketed at last weeks rally. We will be needing to raise more funds however, please visit the link to the site below to find more details.
We hope to serve the needs of the Kansas City activist community by offering legal support for individuals targeted for their political actions. Together, we can make sure no one suffers alone for police intimidation. |
