Kansas City - Charges were dropped today by the City of Kansas City, Missouri against three protesters who were arrested at an anti-G8 protest march in July 2005. The arrested protesters included two activists from Lawrence who were doing legal observing during the protest march.

actually, there were only two folks that had their charges dropped. The third person had an earlier court date and was found guilty a little while ago.

that is the third person who was arrested in connection with the anti-g8 stuff. As to his exact charges and conviction, i am not positive. Our charges were dsiorderly conduct and using a road way where a sidewalk is provided, so i assume it was along those same lines.
